Once exceptions are configured, HRStop provides visibility into these rules so that HR teams and admins can easily review and manage them.
Steps to View Configured Attendance Exceptions

Navigation Path:
Go to Control Panel → Settings → Attendance → Configure -
Open the Configure Exception Section:
Click on the Configure Exception option again. This area not only allows you to define exceptions but also to view any that are currently active. -
Review Existing Exceptions:
Once inside, you can see:- The employee(s) or department(s) the exception is applied to
- The default attendance status set (e.g., Present/Absent)
- The criteria used for the exception (location, designation, etc.)

Edit or Remove Exceptions:
If you need to make changes, you can modify or remove an exception from the same section.
Notes
- Exceptions take effect immediately once configured.
- These exceptions override global attendance settings for the selected individuals or groups.
- Make sure to review them periodically to ensure accuracy, especially after organizational changes like role or location updates.
