Enabling Roster Shifts

HRStop allows admins to enable Roster Shifts, providing flexibility to assign and track employee shifts. Once activated, both admins and managers (if permitted) can assign shifts and view historical shift data.

Steps to Enable Roster Shifts:

  1. Go to Settings
    Navigate to Control PanelSettingsModules
  2. Enable Required Options
    On the Modules page, activate the following settings:
    • Enable Attendance Module
      This must be enabled to start capturing attendance data in the system.
    • Enable Roster Shifts
      Activating this allows the Super Admin to assign shifts and view previously assigned shifts for employees.
    • Allow Managers to Assign Shifts (Optional)
      Enable this if you want reporting managers to assign shifts to their team members and view their past shift data.
  3. Save Changes
    Click the Update button to apply your changes.
  4. Confirmation
    A success message will appear at the top, confirming that the settings have been updated. Changes take effect immediately.

With Roster Shifts enabled, your organization can manage shift assignments more efficiently and maintain accurate attendance records.
