Holidays: Overview

Sep 26, 2019

Holidays are designated days that allow individuals to celebrate or commemorate events of cultural, religious, or national significance. In HRStop, the Holidays module provides a streamlined way for administrators to define, manage, and assign holiday calendars across the organization.

Optional Holiday Management

HRStop also supports the concept of Optional or Restricted Holidays. These are holidays that employees can choose from based on their personal preferences, religious beliefs, or local customs—without enforcing them across the entire company.

This offers greater flexibility and cultural inclusiveness in managing time off.
