Apply optional holiday on behalf of employees

Hawk HR enables admin to apply optional holiday on behalf of employees. Refer to the following steps to apply:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Leaves -> Employee
  2. Click on the Optional Holiday(Top Right Corner), a new page will open up showing the below details:
    1. Employee: Select the Employee
    2. Optional holiday: Select the Optional holiday
    3. Holiday date will be automatically updated
    4. Status, if applicable
  3. Click on Save button (to apply the holiday) or click on Reset (to remove the above filed details)

The entry will be updated in the list given below. All the changes will be made instantly.
