HawkHR enables admin to view, add and update employees of the company and their details. The system also provide the option to Suspend/ Deactivate the active employee for the temporary basis in case of the need. Refer to the following steps to activate/ deactivate employees:
- Navigate to: Control panel -> Employees -> View/ Add
- The newly opened page shows list of employees
- Tags: The entries can be filtered by the tags of active/ inactive/ pending etc,
- Actions: You can activate/ deactivate employees by the help of the icons given under Actions column
All the changes will be made instantly.
